• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser and the flights you search, to keep the site safe and to help you with your booking.

How we use it

• To book and issue your tickets with the airline and send them to you.

• To contact you about your booking, flight changes, refunds and support.

• To prevent fraud and keep your account safe.

Who we share it with

We share passenger and booking details only with the airline and the payment service needed for your booking, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

Keeping your data safe

Tickets, payment screenshots and other files are stored privately and can be opened only by you and our authorised staff. Search history is deleted after 90 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account details by contacting us. Some booking records must be kept for accounting and legal reasons.
