By using www.udanticket.com you agree to these terms. The site is run by Laravel.

Bookings

• Fares and seats come from the airlines and can change until the ticket is issued.

• Enter passenger names exactly as on the ID or passport. Name changes may not be possible or may cost extra.

• A booking is confirmed only when the ticket is issued and you get the e-ticket.

Payment

• Pay the full amount using the payment methods shown on the site. A seat held for payment is released if payment is not made in time.

• If you pay and the airline does not issue the ticket, we will issue it for you or return your money.

Changes and cancellations

Date changes, cancellations and refunds follow the airline's fare rules shown on the booking, plus our service charge. See the Refund Policy.

Travel

You are responsible for travel documents, visas and reaching the airport on time. The airline's conditions of carriage apply to your flight.

Liability

We are a booking agent. Flight delays, cancellations and schedule changes are decided by the airline. We will help you with the airline in such cases.
